PipeArmor provides superior protection to both internal and external pipe surface substrates

Polyurea is plural component chemistry, constructed of Resin and Isocyianate components that are impinged in the apparatus in a 1:1 ratio to form the polymer (polyurea-hybrid) compound. Long valued for its durability, flexural properties and environmentally green state, it took a decade of research to achieve invention of Quest Inspar’s robotic system to deliver a polyurea liner to pipeline geometries. Commercially introduced in 2005, the superior solution Quest Inspar has brought to market with this chemistry to rehabilitate in place, high-value, and costly to replace pressurized pipe systems grows in popular demand.
